Brenda Jean is an HR professional, trainer and resume writer with extensive consulting and human resources experience for companies of all sizes - from Fortune 500s to start-ups, union and non-union, in a variety of industries. Working in the private sector, and developing partnerships with not for profit companies, government and educational facilities, Lycett has developed an extensive understanding of the similarities and differences of unique organizational cultures.

She has developed and delivered numerous training programs for organizations in the private sector, and for community based organizations, and teaches part time at Seneca College. Brenda has helped hundreds of individuals achieve personal and career growth, and has received recognition from community groups for her commitment to employment of people with disabilities and women.

Lycett was featured on Monday, May 8th, on ROBTV and Workopolis TV discussing "What to do if over-qualified and really want the job?" and on Tuesday, June 13th, Tips for Graduating Students.

Employers described her customer service skills, as "above and beyond the call of duty". Brenda's educational background includes a BA, complimented by a post-graduate Human Resources Management diploma with honours, a CHRP (a human resources accreditation) and a CRS (Certified Resume Strategist).
